Initial feedback was, "great location, curb appeal, amazing space, all the right upgrades..." and after a mountain of showings in the first 2 weeks, no offers. We decided it was time for a professional. Lisa came into what we thought was a decluttered, well priced home that "showed well" in a hot market and took it to a completely different level. New pictures, new listing, new staging and in 5 days were under contract. Anna was absolutely incredible to work with on the sale of my condo. There is not another agent other than Anna in the Chicagoland area I would ever consider. Being a first-time home buyer is a nerve-racking experience especially in the city of Chicago. My fiance and I were so lucky to have found Lisa who delivered white-glove service, provided a plethora of wisdom, and at the day end of the day got us the best deal on our home. She was so consultative in helping us pick out which homes were worth seeing, she was efficient in her search by taking us to 30+ listings in a short amount of time (and in a highly contested market), and she called out things that we didn't even see in homes that would implicate higher costs / maintenance. Lisa also moonlights as an interior designer having an endless amount of ideas to modernize a space and having a Rolodex of contacts to reach out to for any home improvement job you can think of (we've used several of her recommended vendors). Jamie was absolutely a gem to work with. I was a first-time seller and had so many questions, hesitations and feelings and she was helpful, knowledgeable and, most importantly, patient from start to finish. I would 100% recommend working with Jamie time and time again. She takes the time to get to know you, your priorities, your concerns and will always keep your best interest in mind. Not to mention, we ended up with multiple offers in two days and got over asking! I truly could not have done this without her!
Becki is AMAZING! We are moving to Chicago from Iowa and we were in the market to rent an apartment. We had a tighter time frame and after talking with Becki, she immediately got us set up with preferences on rentals. Since we couldn't travel to Chicago to tour places, Becki set up virtual tours and showcased the areas so that we had a good idea of the neighborhood. Anna did an amazing job from start to finish handling the purchase of a bank owned investment property. There were many city building code violations that needed to be addressed before the closing. She worked with the listing agent, the attorneys, the city building and zoning people and was able to resolve each and every issue on a timely and professional manner.

I cannot say enough good things about Anna! She worked around the clock to find my husband and I a home that we loved. We moved from Canada and had no idea what the rental market was like in Chicago.
